Green Gables Bed and Breakfast Accommodation Smoking Policy:
We only accommodate NON-Smokers.
Smoking is not permitted in the house or anywhere on the property.
Green Gables Bed and Breakfast Accommodation Pet Policy:
No pets, please. No pet facilities provided. For the information of
guests with allergies, we have a pet-free BnB - except for the
Goldfish in the pond !
Green Gables Bed and Breakfast Cancellation Policy:
Our main policy is to ensure that your stay at our B&B is
relaxing and memorable. We understand that from time to time,
unexpected things come up, so we have provided our cancellation
policy for your reference:
- A full refund (minus bank/transfer charges) will be provided if you let us know prior to 21 days of your arrival date.
- A 50% charge of the deposit applies if you cancel within 21 days prior to 7 days of your arrival date.
- If you cancel within 7 days, sorry there is no refund,
unless we can rebook the room.
